The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired!!! Some staff appeared unhelpful regarding room assignments—being given an occupied room is frustrating!!! Also, the outdated technology in guest areas needs a serious upgrade!!!

Room was spacious, especially enjoyed the working spa tub after a long drive. Breakfast was basic but sufficient to start the day. Convenient location near the main roads made it easy to find. Had an issue with the air conditioning being off upon arrival. took a while to cool down, which disrupted our sleep. The cleanliness of the toilet needed attention, as it felt unkept. Overall, with some improvements to cleanliness and temperature control, this could be a great place to stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious King Suite with Spa Bath. After a long day of traveling, it was nice to relax in the working spa tub for a while. However, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, and it took quite a while to cool down the room, affecting our sleep. The location was easy to find, and overall it provided a good break during our journey.

The King Suite was massive with a spa tub that actually worked—an oasis after a long drive! Finally, a room where I could stretch, kick my feet up, and recover in luxury. Could’ve moved in permanently, honestly!
But why oh why were the hot/cold handles switched? A surprise spa treatment from the plumbing, darling!

We had an awesome time staying with friends. The family suite was perfect for us, with three comfy beds, and the place was nice and clean. We visited a nearby park and hit up some local spots, which made for a fun trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easier.
However, the breakfast options were rather basic. It would be nice to see a bit more variety available for guests in the mornings.

It was just a fitting option for a momentary pause in Dawson with good price value. The staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed, which added to the chaotic atmosphere. Be prepared for a bit of a wait if you need anything.
